Disappointing. It may be the best word to describe this movie. In the movie produced, directed and starred in by Gary Sinise as George Milton. For a man so involved in this movie he portrayed the story very poorly. Not only in directing it, but acting as one of the main characters. Two men looking to make a few buck by working on a farm is what the main story line is. George is the care taker of the slower and bigger Lennie. Under lying conflicts start blossoming throughout the movie. It seems that none of the conflicts has any eye catching excitement. The movie tries over and over to demand the audiences attention but this film would put a hyperactive child to sleep. The only good thing this movie brought is perhaps a cure to insomnia.

To have any sort of super power might be a burden to carry around with you day after day. If you think about it almost every super hero in comics or movies hide there identity so people don't know who they are. Clark Kent as Superman, Peter Parker as Spiderman or Bruce Wayne as Batman all of which have a secret identity.
If I had super powers I don't know how happy I would be hiding who I am from my loved ones. Then you also have the threat of someone finding out about your superpowers and trying to take advantage or even try and distroy you. That is where villans come into play. They get jealous of superpowers and try to take you over.
There may almost be more disadvantages than advantages in being a superhero.
If I had my choice and it really came down to it I think I would just stay plain old me.
So, I hope everyone doesn't think that I can't spell because I will tell you something else. I chose my title with a very, very tedious selection process. It was very difficult but I made it through.
