Could our world be doomed by the people that live on it?! Fighting, yelling and weapons have been part of society for years and years. We have just been exposed to it differently. People used to watch people get killed in the town square, today you can watch it in your own home on the television or computer. Is it more dangerous for people to watch a real person die or killing someone in video game? It seems like it almost the same thing. Since children are more exposed to violence in their entertainment they become more immune to it. On the computer people not only play violent games, but can also look up horrific videos of people getting hurt on the Internet. Even the video posted almost everywhere of Saddam Hussein being hanged millions of people watched it. It is peoples choice to see violent things, perhaps it is just in human nature to be violent towards one an other. People are also exposed to violence from the places that they live in. Usually, in bigger cities bigger acts of violence occur. Also in the areas like the Eastern USA, it is much more common to carry arms with you at all times. People think it may just be protection but it is also a form of exposing people to more violence. People are exposed to violence in different ways everyday, be it at in public or behind closed doors. Perhaps people haven't gotten more or less violent, it has just advanced in the way it is seen by people.
